Ingredients

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • ¾ cup oats powder
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt to taste

 For stuffing

  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp raisins
  • 2 tsp cashew nuts

Method

Take hung curd in a bowl add salt ,chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala, green chillies, And mix well, now add oats.

For stuffing
Take a separate bowl add raisins cashew nut, grated paneer, chaat masala, pinch of sugar, garam Masala along with salt To make a dough mix all
ingredients in first step. Now pull out tiny the stuffing mixture. 
Roll the kebab properly. Fry the round pieces in a tawa until golden brown. You can also shallow fry it instead of deep frying. Sprinkle the chat masala over the top, and serve hot with mint chutney
