
Ingredients
- 1 cup hung curd
- ¾ cup oats powder
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- Salt to taste
For stuffing
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp raisins
- 2 tsp cashew nuts
Method
Take hung curd in a bowl add salt ,chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala, green chillies, And mix well, now add oats.
For stuffing
Take a separate bowl add raisins cashew nut, grated paneer, chaat masala, pinch of sugar, garam Masala along with salt To make a dough mix all
ingredients in first step. Now pull out tiny the stuffing mixture. Roll the kebab properly. Fry the round pieces in a tawa until golden brown. You can also shallow fry it instead of deep frying. Sprinkle the chat masala over the top, and serve hot with mint chutney
