Ingredients

  • Pressed rice 2 cups
  • Sprouted moth ½ cup
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Cumin seeds ½ Teaspoon
  • Ginger grated 1 inch piece
  • Curry leaves
  • Onion 2 medium
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1 tbs
  • Fresh coriander leaves

Method

  • Take poha in bowl ,pour 3-4 cups of water over to moisten them.
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • Boil sprouted Kaith in 2 cups of water till just done.
  • Drain welll and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seeds and sauté for few seconds.
  • Add grated ginger, 1 chopped green chillies ,curry leaves ,onion ,turmeric powder, boiled moth and sauté for five to seven minutes till onions are soft.
  • Add poha and toss over medium heat till it is heated through.
  • Add salt and lemon juice
  • Toss well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
