
Ingredients
- Pressed rice 2 cups
- Sprouted moth ½ cup
- Oil 2 tbs
- Cumin seeds ½ Teaspoon
- Ginger grated 1 inch piece
- Curry leaves
- Onion 2 medium
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Take poha in bowl ,pour 3-4 cups of water over to moisten them.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Boil sprouted Kaith in 2 cups of water till just done.
- Drain welll and keep aside
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seeds and sauté for few seconds.
- Add grated ginger, 1 chopped green chillies ,curry leaves ,onion ,turmeric powder, boiled moth and sauté for five to seven minutes till onions are soft.
- Add poha and toss over medium heat till it is heated through.
- Add salt and lemon juice
- Toss well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
